All pictures are either Public Domain or Stock photos unless otherwise noted.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide photos for every animal, especially the more obscure ones, due to not being able to obtain photos which don't violate copyright law. For any animals lacking a photo we remind you that Google is your friend.

Episode 87: Absolutely Adorable South Americans
Casey kicks off the episode talking about his recent trip to the San Diego Zoo with his family, and Ali tells us a bit about a new show she's been watching, Vet on the Hill. Casey goes on telling us about trees being developed to grow faster and thereby more efficiently helping to combat carbon emissions, while Ali brings up two polls where Americans and Brits say how they would fare in a hand to hand combat with various animals ranging from rats to elephants. Casey teaches us about our Favorite South American Canids, the Short-Eared Dog and the Darwin's Fox, followed by our Animal of the Week, The Kinkajou. They wrap up the episode with the first round of 'Cups' for Season Three.

Episode 88: Deceptively Named
Casey gets things started telling us about his time Oceanside kayaking experience with his brother and younger sister for his birthday, while Ali tells us a riveting tale of her capturing a fearsome spider on the ceiling with just a cup and a piece of paper - advanced level! Next, Casey gives some advice on how to properly, and more objectively, choose a good pet food for your dog and cat, and busts some pet food myths. Ali highlights a dog breed from South America, the Dogo Argentino. They go on to talk about some of their Favorite South American Cats, the Andean Mountain Cat and the Jaguarundi. Casey gives us a lesson on our creepy crawly Animal of the Week, the Whip Spider, before concluding this episode by giving Ali a review challenge on animals that have been previously covered on the podcast from South America.

Episode 89: River Dolphins and Mini Marsupials
Casey begins the episode by telling us about his visit to the San Diego Zoo with his sister and mom, and Ali talks about some mysterious birds she saw that seem out of place during her evening constitutional. Casey proceeds to give us a biology lesson to explain why the Amazon has such great biodiversity., before Ali gives us a sad story about an update on the famous walrus, Freya. The two go on to talk about some of their Favorite South American Marsupials, the Monito Del Monte and the Tate’s Woolly Mouse Opossum. Casey then educates us about our seemingly out of place Animal of the Week, the Amazon River Dolphin. The month of South America comes to an end with the two playing a naming game involving movies with animals in the titles.
